Megacon 2013

For years, young men and women have been volunteering to serve our country.  All of them have chosen to sacrifice something for our freedom while some of them made the ultimate sacrifice.  The Wounded Warrior Project is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to honor and empower wounded warriors of the United States Armed Forces.  The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) works to raise awareness and enlist the public's aid for the needs of severely injured service men and women, to help severely injured service members aid and assist each other, and to provide unique, direct programs and services to meet their needs."

At Megacon 2013, the roleplayers, card gamers, and the rest of geekdom in general have allied to help give back to those veterans who've made such sacrifices.  We will be holding a charity raffle with proceeds going towards the Wounded Warrior Project.  The raffle includes prizes such as autographed novels, gaming accessories, a chance to game with big names (such as Mike Brock of Paizo Publishing) and various other prizes not related to gaming (such as your own private wine tasting experience).  Please show your support by either donating directly to the cause or by donating prize support to our auction.
