Since the beginning of the year Ryan Sommers and David Long have been thinking of a philanthropy to get involved with to give back. Ryan decided to literally take matters into his own hands and break his hand this month. Ryan soon realized that the most basic every day activities were now a struggle. Immediately he thought about members of our armed forces who aren't as fortunate to fully recovery from their injuries which is why this summer, we are participating in a Soldier Ride® Community Ride on Friday July 19th 2019. Soldier Ride is a Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) initiative that provides rehabilitative cycling across the country to help injured warriors restore their physical and emotional well-being.
Our team is passionate about giving back to our nation’s Armed Forces. Many of these inspiring individuals come home with physical wounds you can see and invisible wounds like, traumatic brain injuries, post-traumatic stress, and depression. Because they’ve risked everything for us, we've committed to raising awareness and funds for these wounded service members and their caregivers.
You can change the lives of injured warriors and their caregivers by donating to support the services provided by WWP. Please join our effort and give what you can by donating through the button at the top of our page. You will have the option to split the donation amongst the entire time or give specifically to one teammate. Any amount large or small will help these brave men and women.
Thank you in advance for your support & we encourage anyone to come do the 25 mile bike ride alongside us!
